	Avalon Woods A thoughtfully planned community nestled into a wooded hillside. This townhome community features winding streets and carefully preserved green areas. At the top of Avalon woods, special retaining walls preserve a hardwood canopy and homes are designed to work with the terrain to maximize the undisturbed greenery on the hillside. This first time homeowner’s community is close to the mall.
	Stone Spring Village A classic single family neighborhood, located on a knoll opposite Stone Spring Elementary school. Many of the homes have a colonial style and architectural elements in exterior trims and high pitched roofs give the neighborhood a personality of its own. Typically these are move up buyers who have growing children.
	Wyndham Woods This delightful community backs up to the golf course at Heritage Oaks and is off the beaten path. Originally acquired for the large trees on the site, this gentle neighborhood has winding streets and gentle folk in one of Harrisonburg’s nicest communities.
	Kings Crossings This is Harrisonburg’s most authentic Williamsburg “knock off” neighborhood. The pineapple on the brick arrival monument, opens the door to carefully detailed exteriors with authentic beaded cedar siding and classic colonial touches abound. This close knit community of 25 homes even shares “red” maple planted in each front yard. A classic single family neighborhood, indeed!
